We advise clients and developers on real estate and mixed-use development projects at all stages, from land acquisition and construction through completion and operation. Our work includes advising on zoning and planning regulations, permits and decrees (including for non-Lebanese entities), financing arrangements, and corporate, tax, estate, property, and community management structures. We draft and negotiate development and construction agreements, as well as contracts with contractors, consultants, suppliers, purchasers, tenants, and service providers, and advise on environmental compliance, insurance, owners’ association regulations, construction-related claims, and operational disputes.
