We advise clients on a wide range of energy and natural resources projects, including oil and gas, electricity and renewable energy. Our services include advising on corporate and tax structuring, fuel supply agreements (including Jet A1 fuel), storage agreements, technical services agreements and marketing agreements. We provide local law support for renewable energy and infrastructure projects, including public tenders, LNG supply, floating storage and regasification units (FSRU), gas pipelines, and gas transportation and sale. Our experience includes conducting legal due diligence for energy sector acquisitions an advising on post-transaction implementation.
